By purchasing any firearm, firearm part, magazine, or accessory from Great Lake Gun Works, the buyer certifies that they are of legal age, not prohibited from owning firearms, and fully responsible for ensuring that all items ordered are legal to possess in their state, county, and municipality. The buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Great Lake Gun Works does not provide legal advice; it is solely the purchaser's duty to research and understand all applicable laws before ordering.

Liability Disclaimer

All firearms, magazines, ammunition, and accessories are sold "as is" without warranties, expressed or implied. Upon purchase, the buyer agrees that Great Lake Gun Works is not liable for any damages, misuse, improper handling, installation, or unlawful possession of any product. All risk transfers to the buyer immediately upon purchase.

No Returns / All Sales Final

Due to the nature of firearms and firearm-related products, all sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason once an order has been placed.

State Restrictions (No Sales to These Locations)

Great Lake Gun Works does not ship firearms to the following states and jurisdictions:

California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, New York, Colorado, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, Hawaii, Vermont, and Washington D.C.

Great Lake Gun Works does not ship magazines over 10-round capacity to:

California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, New York, Colorado, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, Hawaii, Vermont, and Washington D.C.

Any order placed to a restricted state will be automatically canceled with a 20% restocking fee.

Export of the commodities described herein is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 120-130.

EXPORT REGULATIONS

Export of night vision equipment and optical sighting equipment is controlled by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120—130 and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) U.S. Department of Commerce.

It is unlawful to export, or attempt to export or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware or technical data or furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the United States, for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the Department of the U.S. Government having jurisdiction.

It is the Resellers/End Users' responsibility to request and obtain export licenses for the export of the subject items and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies are met. Sales or transfers to entities on the List of Debarred Parties, Denied Persons list, and Embargoed Countries are strictly prohibited.
